Cui Zhizhong is a contemporary artist who graduated from Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1988.He holds the positions of Honorary President of Yellow River Estuary Oil Painting and Sculpture Research Institute, Vice President of Chinese Imagery Oil Painting Research Institute, Vice President of Northern Oil Painting Academy, Distinguished Expert of Southwest Minzu University, Guest Professor of ASEAN College of the Arts and Vice President of Sichuan Modern New Ink Painting Academy, and he was honored with the title of Best Overseas Cultural and Art Envoy by Sino-German Art Exchange Center in Munich, Germany.
